A clearer plan for your funding
Finding funding takes time. Knowing where to focus that time can make a real difference.
We help charities and organisations with a social purpose review their income, identify suitable opportunities and prepare stronger applications and proposals. Our advice reflects your mission, resources and capacity to deliver.
Discuss your funding prioritiesFundraising strategy
We review your current income and future needs, then help you build a practical plan. This can include a case for support, funding priorities, a prospect list, an application timetable and realistic targets.
Trusts, foundations and community funds
We research suitable funders, assess published criteria and help prepare applications, budgets and supporting information. This includes charitable trusts, foundations, lottery programmes and community funds.
Statutory funding and contracts
We help you assess local authority and national government opportunities, distinguishing grant funding from contracts to deliver services. Our support can include opportunity reviews, bid planning and drafting, with your team responsible for submissions and commitments.
Corporate support
We help research potential business supporters and develop proposals for donations, sponsorship and other contributions. Where you are exploring a longer-term relationship, our Partnerships advice can help you prepare for the conversation.
Individual and community giving
We advise on major gifts, regular giving, membership, crowdfunding and legacy campaigns. We can help with supporter communications, volunteer fundraising plans and the materials your team needs to make its own approaches.
Events and campaigns
We advise on event concepts, audiences, budgets and campaign plans, from sporting challenges and digital events to galas, coffee mornings and concerts. Your organisation or appointed delivery team runs the event and conducts the fundraising.
How we work with you
You can engage us for a defined piece of work or ongoing advisory support. We agree the scope, deliverables, timing and fees before starting.
We provide research, planning, drafting and review. Your organisation leads funder relationships, approves and submits applications, negotiates agreements and conducts fundraising. We do not approach funders or solicit donations on your behalf.
Funding decisions remain with each funder, and an application or proposal cannot guarantee an award.
If instead you would like your organisation considered when it is relevant to a philanthropic client's interests, that is a separate route and there is no charge to submit. Introduce your cause.
